Heavy caseloads, rigid agency structures, and little say over your schedule wear good clinicians down. There is rarely room to grow, to keep a private practice, or simply to have a life outside the work. Talented people end up stretched thin and undervalued.

We are currently hiring for five roles. All positions are part-time, W-2, with flexible scheduling, profit-sharing, and room to grow.

School-Assigned Lead (School Psychologist) · Part-time · Remote plus a Greater Bay Area school site.
Lead psychoeducational assessments for an assigned school all year, paired with a virtual Support clinician. View role and apply
School-Assigned Lead (BCBA) · Part-time · Remote plus a Greater Bay Area school site.
Own FBA and behavior support work for an assigned school, paired with a virtual Support clinician. View role and apply
Support Psychologist (Remote-First) · Part-time · Remote-first plus ~1 in-person week/year.
The remote half of our collaborative pair: records, scoring, and report writing. View role and apply
Flex Clinician (School Psychologist and/or BCBA) · Part-time · California-based, Bay Area focus with statewide travel as available.
Versatile coverage for overflow, one-off, new-client, and IEE assessments, mostly in the Greater Bay Area. View role and apply
Clinical Assistant (Social Skills & Assessment Support) · Part-time · $30–$35/hr · San Jose plus Greater Bay observations.
Lead a weekly social skills group and support assessments under clinician supervision. View role and apply
